Emergency Response and Safety Measures:

• Holding the building phone, they respond to after-hours issues like leaks, power outages, or security concerns.

• In emergencies, the Relief Resident Manager takes charge. We would coordinate evacuations and liaise with emergency services.

• Implementing safety protocols ensures residents’ well-being.

Property Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Routine maintenance tasks fall under our scope. We take charge on the cleaning and maintenance.

• For larger projects or in the event, we would contact a vendor for extensive repairs.
